POP UP BAR.

Essentially Tasmania’s cutest little vintage van operates as BYO bar service whilst creating a great vibe and atmosphere.

So, all alcohol and drinks are pre-purchased by you. The choice of beverages is completely yours and we simply serve them for you. You provide a cool room and we will manage the whole bar and beverage flow during the allocated time.

Usual beverages (supplied by the client) served from the van bar might include, stubby beer and cider, wine by the glass, sparkling, soft drinks.

Vintage Caravan Mobile Bar Service includes:

  • Fully set up bar including wine, sparkling and water glasses and beverage menu board
  • Professional bar staff to serve and mix the drinks of choice.
  • Service includes keeping your event tidy with glass and bottle clearing during the service package.
  • The cutest little vintage van in Tasmania is fully kitted out for service with running water, glass washer, ice tubs, esky storage and iPhone chargers!
  • Eskies and ice for service
  • Bar dressing/styling, including fresh flowers to suit and blend in nicely with your event/occasion.

What is required at the location?

  • The access road to the celebration/event must be “non-off road” and suitable for towing a low clearance caravan.
  • A suitable flat surface to park and service from
  • Easy access to power
  • Cool room and beverages pre-chilled prior to commencement of service
  • On site water source (e.g. garden hose) should water tanks require topping up.
  • Venue access 1–1.5 hour before the start of the function to set up and 1 hour after to pack up.
